ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the cancellation request is received and successfully processed before dispatch, Athlit.in will cancel the order and initiate a refund of the eligible amount.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible prepaid orders, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Promotional discounts, coupon values, loyalty points, and other non-refundable benefits will not be included in the refund amount.

2. Cancellation by Athlit.in

In certain circumstances, Athlit.in may be unable to fulfil an order and may need to cancel it, either partially or completely.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in situations such as:

·      Product being unavailable or out of stock;

·      Restrictions on the quantity of products that can be purchased;

·      Incorrect or inaccurate product information;

·      Pricing or promotional errors;

·      Payment processing issues;

·      Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;

·      Incomplete or inaccurate customer information;

·      Delivery restrictions or service limitations; or

·      Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Where additional information or verification is required before an order can be processed, Athlit.in may contact the customer and request the necessary details.

If Athlit.in cancels an order after payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Where an order is only partially cancelled, the refund will be limited to the amount applicable to the cancelled product(s).

Athlit.in will notify the customer when an order or part of an order is cancelled and, where applicable, provide information regarding the refund.
